We are a privately owned, very busy and growing dental practice in Launceston searching for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager with great business acumen and the ability to manage and lead our dedicated team.
Our team provide outstanding dental treatments and service to our clients. The team is friendly, professional and supportive. There is a strong support network in place for the role to enable a smooth transition.

The Practice Manager role will involve managing all areas of the business with the goal of driving patient care. The role will require a hands-on approach including the ability to assist chairside, complete front office tasks and steri when required. Practice hours Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm. In addition to ensuring the efficient day to day running of the practice, responsibilities will include:
Staff Management including rosters, recruitment, performance management and training. Financial Management including reporting, analysis, interpretation and management of budgets and performance goals. Patient Management will include ensuring patient care and satisfaction. Ensuring the practice meets compliance requirements at all times. Emphasising the company ethos to assist in

promoting best dental health practices as well the growth of the practice as a whole. To be successful you will require:
