Dental Hygienist

We have been caring for the community’s dental health in Prahran and beyond for over 40 years.

The role will commence on a part-time basis with 2-3 full days being 1-2 morning/afternoon/evening sessions and Saturday. The role will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys treating their patients in a supportive caring and positive environment. You will leave work excited to be a Hygienist/ Oral Health Therapist.

The Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist role will require you to educate, nurture and excite your patients to achieve optimal oral and overall

health, encouraging them to try new things and develop their skills and achieve their dental health goals. You must be competent at maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records, while adhering to all infection control protocols.

Ideally you will have:
At least 2 years’ Australian experience and be registered with APHRA Excellent time management skills with the ability to take initiative Willingness to learn new skills and techniques from our long-term hygiene and dentist team Excellent presentation and communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment that demonstrates caring and empathy to each other Show confidence in your hygiene and oral therapy treatment with a strong work ethic If you are a positive, passionate and caring individual who enjoys helping your patients continual improvement in their oral health, this is your new role
