You will be responsible for supporting our National Operations division and will work with a diverse range of people both internally and externally, including clients, job managers and senior leaders.

Key components of this role include but are not limited to:

- Ops Support: Answering operational queries, OFI’s and requests, travel coordination
- Calendar management: Scheduling, define and distribution of agenda, room bookings
- Meetings: Minute taking, AV set up, time management, chasing up action points
- Assisting in document management, maintaining internal communications
- Assistance with Event Coordination
- **Support Facilities Management: Coordinate documentation and internal stakeholders for leasing and fit out**:

- Maintain project tracking system, coordinating project meetings and stakeholder communications as needed

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working in a similar role - project admin experience is beneficial
- An energetic people person who enjoys engaging with technical and non-technical staff.
- An individual who shows a strong grasp of using own initiative and is self motivated
- Ability to foresee potential issues that could arise
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to organise your own week, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong accountability and reliability.
- Highly organised person who can contribute to the efficiency of the National Operations function.
