**About us**:
The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family. Fast forward 26 years we’re an energetic team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.

**Why join us as our Production Assistant**:
Are you passionate about coffee and looking to be part of a thriving coffee business? Join us as a Production Assistant in our state-of-the-art roastery, where you’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional coffee experiences.

**In this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Machine packing and hand packing
- Carton packing coffee and correctly stacking pallets for distribution
- Operating and maintaining the ICA packing machine
- Communicating coffee bean volumes for additional roasting to Roasters based on pack list information
- Managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
- Completing necessary documentation and performing general manufacturing tasks
- Collaborating effectively within the production team

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. However, it follows a rotating roster that includes Sunday shifts for four weeks every three months.

**About you**:
We’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with experience in production and machine operation within the FMCG space. You’re attentive to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are known for your reliability and “can-do” attitude. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills are essential, and you adapt quickly to change while upholding quality and safety standards.
