**Position: Store Assistant**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable **Store Assistant** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic retail environment and takes pride in helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for.

**Position Overview**

The Store Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, help maintain a clean and organized store, manage stock, and assist with sales and product displays. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about tech or mechanical keyboards, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Answer product questions and help customers find the right items.
- Restock shelves and keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Assist with unpacking deliveries, stocktaking, and inventory control.
- Operate the point-of-sale system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Support promotional activities and store events when needed.
- Follow store procedures to ensure a safe and smooth retail experience.

**Required Qualifications**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A helpful, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handling stock or POS systems.

**Preferred Experience**
- Interest in mechanical keyboards, consumer tech, or gaming accessories.
- Experience in specialty or boutique retail environments.
