About the Role

As the business grows, so must the individuals who make the magic happen (i.e. the team). An opportunity now exists for a customer-service focused, energetic, and passionate Retail Manager to join the team at Poolwerx Castle Hill and eventually Beaumont Hills on a full time basis. Hours are flexible and can be negotiated to suit the business and your needs, however weekend work may be required. Tasks include:
Manage & train team members / sales targets / rostering between our two retail stores

Ensure we have adequate resources to implement set goals ( staff/materials/equipment )

Design & implement business strategies to promote & improve productivity

Assess overall company performance monthly, sales reporting/ budgets and maintain spreadsheets

Demonstrate equipment to meet client needs, selling value added products

Collect customer data, follow up quotes / leads

Adhere to monthly advertising campaigns

Develop, implement & promote new marketing strategies with team members to reach set outcomes

Maintain quality control for customer enquiries / queries

About you

While experience in the Pool and Spa industry is preferred we welcome all individuals who meet the below criteria to apply.

Minimum of 3 years proven management experience in retail

Outstanding communication/organisational & leadership skills

Experience in word & excel. Good understanding of research methods & data analysis

Have the ability to manage & motivate a team

Be highly motivated, and bring 100% commitment to customer service satisfaction
