Peninsula Program Manager

**The role**:
Join South East Water’s Circular Economy team as our Peninsula Program Manager and help bring growth, reliability and compliance upgrades to life at our ‘Peninsula’ Water Recycling Plants.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our Treatment & Technology Delivery Manager to deliver the program of major upgrades for the Peninsula Water Recycling Plants (Mt Martha, Somers and Boneo). The Program Manager will provide key input during the planning stages and will be responsible for the implementation of all projects from tender to completion, with the support of a small team of Project Engineers.

**Who are you?**:
With a safety first leadership approach, you will utilise your excellent project management and negotiation skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and leave a legacy of lasting benefit to our customers, community and environment.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Bachelor engineering qualification and significant delivery experience (minimum 10 years) in sewer and water infrastructure or a similar industry
- Experience in the delivery of treatment plant infrastructure, for new facilities and on complex operational brownfield sites
- Experience in a range of delivery models and contracts, with a strong collaborative mind set for performance-based relationship contracting
- Knowledge of the relevant OHS codes, standards and legislation with demonstrated leadership in establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture
- High level of design experience to enable review of designs and assessment of specification requirements and acceptability of changes proposed by contractors
