Kylin Sauna operates showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, showcasing our innovative sauna products to customers across Australia. We are currently looking to expand our Brisbane team by hiring a motivated and experienced **Warehouse Supervisor**. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, assisting with sauna tours, and leveraging sales experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the Brisbane warehouse.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and organize inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate packaging, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

**Sauna Tours & Sales**:

- Welcome and guide guests through the sauna facilities with warmth and professionalism.
- Clearly explain sauna features, benefits, and usage in fluent English.
- Address customer inquiries and provide expert product recommendations.
- Utilize sales experience to promote sauna products and drive sales.
- Ensure the sauna area remains clean and well-presented to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Certified forklift operator with practical, hands-on experience.
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Sales experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
