Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic **Account Manager.** You will be the first point of contact and collaboration for adding value to the company-client relationship. This role will project manage several contracts from concept to delivery and so will be required to work with on-site staff in a collaborative manner. You will play a large role in delivering some of the largest exhibitions in Australasia.**This position provides an opportunity to further develop your career within the events industry.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage all aspects of existing portfolios to ensure delivery of products and services.
- Create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and submit quotes and proposals to event organisers and corporate clients.
- Plan approaches and pitches, working with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Liaise with Design Studio/Operations and other departments as required.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage several accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude will be highly regarded.

**We are based in Cromer NSW 2099. Please consider your ability to travel to this location before applying.**

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
