**The Role**
**Benefits**:
- Casual role - $35.86 per hour (inclusive of casual loading).
- First aiders allowance (if/when certified) - $15.48 per week.
- Uniform/PPE supplied.
**Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:
- **Accommodation Management**:Oversee bookings, occupancy forecasting, and reporting, while providing occupancy statistics when needed.
- **Facility Oversight**: Conduct room and building inspections, report defects, and manage linen inventory.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of key allocations for rooms and buildings.
- **Professional Collaboration**: Work alongside Defence personnel with confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver exceptional service to members and stakeholders.
**Skills and Experience**
- Australian Driving Licence essential (C Class) (required).
- **Relevant Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with Room Management Systems (RMS) and/or Defence Housing Australia (DHA) systems.
- **Exceptional Skills**: Strong customer service, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Autonomous Capability**:Proven ability to work independently with high motivation, initiative, and the capacity to manage conflicting priorities.
**_Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen._**
