Loss Adjuster

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic home property claims and deliver a best in market claims experience to our customers, whilst achieving the most cost-effective and timely outcomes in accordance with policies and procedures.

**What are my accountabilities?**
- Manage a portfolio of domestic property claims from first advice to settlement;
- Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation
- Deliver loss adjusting services that meet or exceed the service standards required by the client
- Project manage the rectification, remediation or re-instatement of damaged property
- Deliver an exceptional claims experience by working collaboratively and constructively with support colleagues

**About you**
- Previous domestic property adjusting experience;
- Diploma in Loss Adjusting or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage complaints and disputed claims when required;
- An understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
