These roles in Rotational Molding are for hard working and physically fit individuals. You will be responsible for carrying out the production to a high standard.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
- Prior experience working with rotational Molding is a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Work well under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Meet schedules, minimise delays and wastage whilst increasing production output
- Timely selection of parts to mold products
- Accurately measure and load poly powder into molds
- Preparation of molds and frames ready to load into ovens
- Skilled in trolley operations to ensure safe and accurate scheduling, Molding and cooking
- Lean manufacturing to maintain quality systems and processes whilst minimizing waste
- Ensure correct and timely cooling, processing, testing and quality management of molded products to ensure only quality products are manufactured
- Have the ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills
- Assist with processing improvements
- Experience using an overhead crane is desirable

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
