**Your Role**: As our Room Leader, you will:

- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Educators
- Drive the planning and delivery of a rich, inclusive curriculum in line with the EYLF and NQS
- Ensure learning documentation is visible, high quality, and accessible to families
- Create a secure, stimulating, and engaging environment for children to thrive
- Uphold high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
- Work hand-in-hand with the Centre Director to maintain and exceed centre goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is essential.**:

- **Minimum of one year Room Leader experience.**:

- **Full-Time Australian Working Rights**:

- **Current Working with Children Check**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the **Early Years Learning Framework** and **National Quality Standards**:

- Current approved **First Aid**, **Asthma**, and **Anaphylaxis** training
- Confident use of digital platforms and documentation tools
