**Your new role**
You will be responsible for a key function in the sales support team surrounding the transfer of ownership of a business from one party to another. This will include duties such as:

- Supporting their vendors by processing the transfer changes from start to finish within their SLAs
- Discussing options with the end customer and vendors from initial enquiry
- Managing all transfer activity on Excel and drawing up all paperwork and issuing this to relevant parties
- Processing, approving and settling each transfer through internal systems
- Focusing on process improvement and suggesting more efficient and customer centric ways of working
- Timely and accurate processing of pay-outs
- The opportunity to be cross skilled into other sales support functions for example new deals & asset services will also be available

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Full training will be provided but experience within financial services through a processing role or knowledge gained from university is required
- You must have a willingness to learn with fantastic interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal)
- You need to be ambitious, self-motivated with a desire to continually exceed expectations.
- Attention to detail, the ability to manage a workload at different stages and organisational skills are key
