**About the Role**
CE Group is in an exceptional phase in its lifecycle, and needs an exceptional person to represent the business, its people, service offering and values. A self-starter that is multi-skilled, service focused, and understands what it is to get in and get the job done. We need a client facing administrator, that has a corporate but humble presence, and can maintain a well-oiled administrative operation.

The role is located at Loganholme, and is office-based Monday to Friday, full time hours. The role is salaried with an element of flexibility around working hours but is 100% office based.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining the office services and service providers
- Board room and facility management
- Providing administrative support to the wider business
- Employee onboarding assistance
- Working closely with the accounts team at crucial times
- Providing local IT support at basic level for company staff.
- Technology experience is not essential, but you need to have an ability to understand and be comfortable with software.
- Maintaining asset registers and movement between stakeholders
- General office duties as required.

- Adaptability, flexibility and motivated to do a great job.
- Someone who has a "can-do" attitude toward their workload.
- Great people skills - in dealing with staff, clients, potential clients service providers and anyone else you might come across in your role.
- Technical guru - great with computers and picks up software programs quickly
- Someone who can fix a problem and doesn't mind repetitive workload, competing demands, and sets out to prove they're worth their weight in gold

**It will also be beneficial if you have**:

- A qualification in business or related discipline, or relevant equivalent experience
- Great ability in MS Office suite and can pick up new software quickly.
- A professional but friendly disposition and can engage with all levels with stakeholder.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- You can get in the trench and 'dig in' when needed mindset.
- An unrestricted Australian licence and reliable vehicle, and.
- You are able to best represent the business, it's ideals, and its service offering.
