**Responsibilities**:

- 12 month role

- Any location

As part of Apia's Portfolio Team, in the Portfolio Advisor role you will deliver Apia's strategic direction through championing the customer, designing and implementing customer initiatives, identify ways to grow our customer base and retain our best customers, and maintain our risk control environment.**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- End-to-end campaign management including campaign launch, monitoring, course-correction, risk management, and campaign finalisation
- Take action on delivering customer innovation through existing channels and processes in order to negotiate the best outcome and timeframe for Apia customers
- Work with key business partners and channels - including Digital and Direct Distribution - to take action on performance or customer-impacting issues
- Improve understanding of Apia portfolio and target customers across the business
- and commercial-lens on the outcome
- Ensure all customer-facing materials (even those managed by other teams) are compliant with our guidelines and clear for the customer (including PDS, website, marketing materials), identifying and addressing gaps in processes.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a detail-orientated, customer-centric role
- Excellent written/verbal communication to meet business objectives and customer expectations
- Strong level of ownership and ability to get things done
- Ability to negotiate and influence a broad set of stakeholders
- Ability to understand the broader context and strategic implications
- Strong working knowledge of the Apia portfolio brand and propositions.
