**Responsibilities**:

- Lead audit engagements, with responsibility for managing teams, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing advice and guidance on accounting, auditing, and financial reporting matters
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to clients and make recommendations for improvements to internal controls and business processes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coach and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Qualified auditor with at least 6 years' experience in audit or assurance services
- Experience managing teams, including coaching and mentoring staff
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ideally, experienced in advanced economy like the EU, US or UK markets
