Advisor (Multimedia Designer)

**In this role, you will:

- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the creative services team.
- Research, plan, design, and develop creative design assets using digital and print media mediums.
- Liaise with executives, stakeholders and other departmental representatives on creative design content, digital media, etc.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to achieve a seamless content design, development and production.
- Research, analyse, evaluate and report multimedia design trends and information to identify opportunities, issues and risks.
- Design, develop, produce and distribute engaging and persuasive creative content for presentations, campaigns, events, etc.
- Assist with developing, delivering, and evaluating creative content, design tools, and internal resources to build internal multimedia and innovative digital design content capability.

What we're looking for:

- 5 years experience working in a relevant field in a design agency, in-house design team or similar.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, design, publishing and video editing system (ie Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Microsoft Suite etc.).
- Experience managing digital asset systems and tracking documentation to ensure rights and licences are protected.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, resource and time management skills.
- A current 'C' class driver's license.
- A qualification in graphic design, digital and multimedia design, visual communications or similar will be highly regarded
