**The role**:
Cater Care Services is seeking a passionate, self-motivated and service delivery focused individual, with solid administration experience, who is looking for a dynamic new role in which to grow and develop within the Hospitality and Facilities Management recruitment space.

**What this role involves**:

- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Reference Checking
- Booking Medicals
- Maintaining employee recruitment files
- Requesting police checks
- Completion of site-specific access documents and inductions
- General administration

**What we require from you**:

- A passion for customer service excellence
- Minimum 2 years stable employment within the recruitment or administration space
- An understanding of working across various hospitality and facilities management functions in challenging environments
- Attention to detail and personal presentation
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Suite)
- Motivated and accountable
- Resilient, resourceful and self-assured, yet approachable and respectful
