In this wide-ranging role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst managing internal sales and running the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Providing pricing and project quotes.
- Processing customer purchase orders.
- Management of local materials suppliers for procurement and services.
- Management of samples and sample request/enquiries through CRM system.
- Management of all sales administration tasks that includes; database management, lead management and projects/potentials.
- Liaise with our Sales team who are out on the road, directing enquiries and follow ups.
- Work alongside accounts and warehouse to provide seamless customer service.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
