**The Opportunity**

A great opportunity to join the Career Pathways, Aboriginal Languages and Employability Skills team in Granville on a permanent part time basis. The **Education Administration Support** role is responsible for supporting a Head Teacher and their delivery team with all administrative activities essential to the effective delivery of teaching and learning on a day-to-day basis. We will be creating an Eligibility list that will be used to fill other opportunities across the Western Sydney region as they become available. You will also play a key role in providing face to face support with students on campus.

**About you**

You will be customer-focused with demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and have the ability to manage competing priorities in a large, fast-paced, environment. Being technologically savvy the role requires you to use a range of programs including competence in MS Office Suite. Strong communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder engagement with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including students with English as another language will be key. Your previous experience in educational institutions and good understanding of vocational education requirements will be highly regarded.

**To be considered for the role you will have**:

- Certificate III in relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations.
- Demonstrated ability in all the Essential Requirements in the Position Description below
