We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic **Full-Time Room Leader, Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator and a Certificate III Educator**to join our vibrant team at our Merrylands Centre, Monday to Friday.

**About You**

To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications and certifications:

- A completed **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care**.
- A completed **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.**
- A current **First Aid and CPR Certificate**.
- A valid **Working with Children Check** and **Child Protection Certificate**.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Early Childhood Educator or Room Leader, you’ll:

- Inspire and engage children through **play-based learning** and enriching experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that **empower children to lead their learning**.
- Create a **safe, inclusive environment** that encourages creativity, curiosity, and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Celebrate and document **children’s developmental milestones**.
- Lead the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the **Early Years Learning Framework** and **National Quality Standards**.
