**About the Role**
- This newly created position of **Coordinator Learning Governance** will contribute to strengthening governance and compliance arrangements for CFA's training and assessment services.
- The Quality and Evaluation team plays a vital role in delivering CFA's Quality Management System across Operational Doctrine and Training, ensuring compliance with RTO standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- You will work closely with the Manager Quality and Evaluation to provide expert advice, ensure consistency and standardisation of RTO practices, and support a positive, streamlined training experience for CFA members. With a strong focus on accuracy and detail, this role offers the opportunity to shape processes and embed best practice from the ground up.
**About You**
- You are an organised and proactive professional with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), a deep understanding of RTO compliance requirements, and a meticulous approach to detail.
- You bring strong compliance and quality control expertise, with a proven ability to lead activities that maintain RTO accreditation and drive continuous improvement. Your strengths include clear written communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You have contemporary knowledge of competency-based training practices, advanced administrative skills, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
