We are currently looking to expand our growing and dynamic team with an additional Leading Hand Boilermaker to join us.

**Essential requirements**:

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
- Forklift License
- Minimum 2 years post apprenticeship experience
- Ability and willingness to work Days / Nights and Weekends on a rotating roster
- Minimum working hours are 47.5 hours per week.
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team
- Have a good understanding of administration / training abilities and leadership qualities
- Understand and be able to implement company
- Manage your own time management/activities
- Managing and controlling the activities of the workshop personnel to ensure maximum performance and efficiencies
- Constantly study the workflow and practices of the workshop personnel, identifying areas where changes or implementation of new procedures will be of benefit

**Desirable requirements**:

- LR Drivers license (or higher)
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
