**URGENT HIRING: WORKSHOP LEADING HAND**

We are looking for experienced and reliable **Boilermaker/Welder **for our client in **Harvey **to start **ASAP for a LONG TERM job.**
- Location: Harvey, WA (Workshop)
- Inclusive period: Start ASAP - long term job
- Dayshift only; 10 - 12 hours a day
- Weekly payout
- Rates: $53ph (dayshift) + $55ph (nightshift)
- Plus $3ph incentives

Must have:

- Trade Qualification
- Confined Space ticket (valid within 2 years)
- Working at Heights (valid within 2 years)
- HRWL - LF

Job Scope:

- Working on the tools on the floor
- Checking off of work from boilermakers
- Assisting with the training of new apprentices
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
- Have a good understanding of administration/training abilities and leadership qualities.
- Understand and be able to implement company policies and procedures.
- Manage your own time management/activities.
- Managing and controlling the activities of the workshop personnel to ensure maximum performance and efficiencies.
- Constantly study the workflow and practices of the workshop personnel, identifying areas where changes or implementation of new procedures will be of benefit.

**Salary**: From $58.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
