Our Client is an established Retailer & very well known in the retail & beauty business. With over 120 locations across Australia, & a future focused service-driven approach, this retailer has a franchise business model & a commitment to ongoing innovation & client satisfaction.
**The Role**:
An outstanding opportunity has become available as Store Manager for their Rouse Hill location. With a Monday - Friday roster this is a dream opportunity for those who love retail & want their weekends back
- Sales budgets
- Leadership & ongoing training & development of the team

- Ensuring an outstanding level of customer service & experience at all times
**The Benefits**:

- Work with an experienced team with existing staff who have been in the business for 12+years
**Skills Required**:
- Minimum 2 years Management experience in Retail (preference in Beauty, but not essential)
- Excellent business acumen - experienced at managing store reports, KPIs, rosters, stock
- Computer skills - experienced with POS & computer systems
- People management - manage, train & develop a team
- Communication - excellent written & verbal skills
- Sales driven, target focused
