As a Renewable Energy Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of renewable energy projects. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of project development, from initial planning to successful implementation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading the end-to-end development of renewable energy projects, including feasibility assessments, site selection, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to drive project development and execution.
- Conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and assessing project risks and feasibility.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and community representatives.
- Overseeing project milestones, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact assessments.
- Monitoring industry trends, policy developments, and technological advancements to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
- Representing the company in industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in renewable energy project development, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project development teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
