**The role**:
This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.

This role has the option to be permanent full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times OR part-time hours 4 days per week (PRO Rata).

Our Clyde North is a big busy service with an average of 90 bookings in the afternoons, our service has a Program Manager and 2IC. Our new Director of Service must be experienced running big services, managing a team and have excellent communication skills. (school, parents, staff and children)
- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday
- Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation
- Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community
- **Service operating times: 6:30am - 9:00am - 2:30pm - 6:00pm (Monday, Thursday & Friday) 10:00am - 6:30pm (Tuesday & Wednesday) + Admin**
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school Principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- You are a natural leader with an eye for detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN
