**Your Role**
Your journey as a Workplace Trainer begins with collaborating closely with department heads to pinpoint training needs and craft customised programs to meet them head-on. By utilising a diverse array of instructional techniques, you'll ensure that training sessions are not only informative but also engaging and interactive, catering to the diverse learning styles prevalent across the business.
This is your moment to shine, as you leverage your expertise in workplace training to coach, provide feedback, and empower all internal stakeholders to excel in their roles. Moreover, you'll take on a pivotal role in refining and updating training materials, spearheading orientation sessions, and meticulously evaluating the effectiveness of our training initiatives through various assessment methods.
**About You**
You are proactive and an adaptable individual with a passion for training and development. You will have a track record, collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored programs. Additionally, you will have experience designing training materials, delivering onboarding programs and evaluating training effectiveness.
A bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred. If you're enthusiastic about nurturing talent and driving organisational growth, we encourage you to apply.
