- Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.**What you’d be doing in this role
- As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.- At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Leading and coaching a team of data specialists, composed of BI Analysts and Data Analysts. This role will act as a driver of both data and commercial strategy in this group and will coordinate closely with the product teams on revenue strategy.
- Forming ideas and acting as a key strategic partner to product teams as we define roadmaps. You’ll be the person closest to the data and have a unique perspective on what each change means for our subscribers.
- Closely coordinating with collaborators with your deep commercial intuition to shape analysis and recommendations.
- Managing project intake, pipeline, prioritise, and lead staffing against key initiatives.
- Owning projects, data models, dashboards, and other artefacts and keep them up-to-date and of high quality in a hyper growth environment.

**You're probably a match if**:

- You have proven experience leading teams of data specialists, defining team strategy, and data roadmaps.
- You've got experience conducting investigations into product and/or commercial issues with the ability to independently synthesise findings and drive meaningful change through the analysis.
- You're an excellent communicator and able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas. You're able to work with team members and collaborators across different functions and teams.
- You have an exceptional competency with SQL; experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is a plus
- You've got experience with optimising product funnels, running experiments, and building dashboards that effectively communicate results and outcomes.

- Responsible for supercharging the growth of Canva Pro, Canva’s most significant revenue contributor with 11mn+ subscribers, the Pro Growth Group is deeply rooted within the Growth Supergroup. The role spans vast parts of Canva’s overall subscription strategy, from building exciting new growth-focused products & experiences, to developing unique and creative GTM tactics and helping define our revenue strategy for emerging markets and mobile devices.**What's in it for you?
