Your World Blinds and Shutters Pty Ltd, has just passed their 5th year in business and is looking to expand their market share. With a strong reputation and key products we understand that our growth is limited to the quality of the individuals we employ Being in the blinds and shutters business, we understand that this is a highly lucrative and competitive market. There is no house lived in that does not have blinds, shutters and/or curtains on the windows With the recent move to our Croydon Park facility, we are ready to take on key individuals looking for growth and opportunity.

**Qualifications & experience**
- While no specific qualifications are required, the successful applicant will possess key attributes including
- Attention to detail - understanding that customers' will rate us by our ability to deliver quality - consistently.
- Natural Learner - have a natural ability to pick up and learn new things with a naturally inquisitive mind.
- Attitude to serve - our business is nothing without our customers. Understanding this will drive the desire to go above & beyond and be an advocate for the customer.
- Competitive Nature - team sports and competition will be a natural passion and a source of excitement.
- Ability to rise under pressure - busy times are good for business but add pressure to basic tasks and systems. Understand and being able to step up to the next gear in these times will be the key to flourishing.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Collecting customer stock - you will be responsible for the collection of customer jobs from local suppliers to ensure that installation times are met.
- Assisting with installation - you will be responsible for assisting lead installers on installations with a view to learning how to install yourself.
- Workshop jobs - you will be learning and completing basic repair, service and manufacturing jobs in the workshop ensuring customer needs and requirements are met.
- Customer enquiries - You will assist in serving customers with basic enquiries utilitsing the knowledge and skills learnt assisting with installations and completing jobs in the workshop.
- Énsuring workshop and showroom are tidy & stocked - You will be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is kept tidy and stocked with basic materials. That the yard is kept tidy and accessible. You will also ensure that the showroom is tidy and presentable.

**Benefits**
- The successful applicant will be able to achieve an income above their experience and market expectations. Our desire is to reward individuals with above market rate pays through bonus's and incentives. We will reward high contributing individuals who add value to the brand and customer experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
