Join this passionate and driven team and help make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants in Southwest Sydney As a national therapy services provider, they are dedicated to improving the access, development, independence, and overall health and well-being of individuals with disabilities.
Our client is currently seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners who are confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Proficient level to provide support to NDIS participants in the Camden, Campbelltown, and Wollondilly shires.

**The Role**
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing NDIS participants' needs, developing evidence-based support plans, and identifying meaningful goals and strategies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and act as an advocate for best practices. You will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and build the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
**What you will need**:
- Current suitability - confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
