Moo-ve your career forward with a leading dairy company in Victoria, Australia

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join help us milk the most out of the dairy industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the sales process and customer interactions within the dairy segment in Victoria. You'll also be accountable for developing and executing the dairy sales plan, establishing relationships with key customers, and implementing strategies to grow the business.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Drive sales & success in the Australian dairy market.
- Bridge expertise & value for customers, boosting profitability.
- Own & execute regional dairy sales plan via direct & distributor channels.
- Build enduring relationships with key accounts in your region.
- Implement growth strategies for key accounts, expanding their business.
- Lead with autonomy & decisiveness, guided by the Regional Director.

**To be the top dog in this role, you'll need**:

- Vast experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the dairy or agriculture industry
- A proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the dairy industry and its challenges
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to travel

**A co(w)mpetitive remuneration package that includes**:

- Base salary of $130,000 - $140,000 per year
