**Requirements**:
As the Quality Manager at Voltex, you will be at the forefront of our quality revolution. Your mission will be to ensure that our products and services meet and exceed the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the development and implementation of our new quality management system, driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and specialized manufacturers worldwide to establish robust quality control processes.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits to maintain exceptional quality standards across our supply chain.
- Develop innovative testing procedures to ensure our products meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Champion customer satisfaction by analysing feedback and warranty claims to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of quality by promoting best practices, providing training, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel nationally and internationally to visit our manufacturers and ensure quality standards are met
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably within the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean.
- Experience in working with international suppliers and managing cross-cultural relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is advantageous.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining outstanding quality.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
- Possession of _Level 5_ leadership qualities, combining humility, ambition, and a focus on the success of the team and the organization.
