Mobile Hub Coordinator

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
**The Role**:
As the Mobile Information Hub Coordinator, you will work on a roster based schedule and manage the daily operations of the mobile community hub, engaging directly with the public to provide project updates, gather feedback, and answer inquiries.
Operating 5 days per week, the mobile hub is equipped with digital interactive tools including 3D maps, videos and VR experiences to enhance community understanding. You will travel to varied locations across the state, events, schools and neighborhoods ensuring the hub is welcoming and accessible resource.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Operate and manage the T2D branded electric vehicle ensuring smooth daily set up and pack down
- Engage with local communities, providing clear and accurate information about the project
- Answer public enquiries, gather feedback, and escalate concerns
- Facilitate digital interactive experiences including VR and multimedia tools
- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and prepare reports
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and hub locations in collaboration with the team
- Represent the project at local events, fostering strong stakeholder relationships
- Support the Community Information Centre Coordinator as required
**About you**:
- Passionate about community engagement and delivering clear, helpful communication
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Highly organised and excellent with time management and problem-solving abilities
- Confident using digital tools for engagement, reporting and presentations
- Able to work independently, adapt to different locations and manage daily operations efficiently
- Availability for rostered out-of-hours and weekend work
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check and Police Check required
- A valid driver's license is essential
