**The Position**
- Basic food prep, basic knife skills
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
- Monitor stock and rotate as required, putting away received stock
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Cleaning kitchen and washing up dishes

**The Person**
- Must be able to obtain Working with Children Check & Police Check
- Experience in a similar position
- Eye for detail and great with time management
- Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
- Physical fitness to tackle this hands-on role
