Murray Street Convenience Store, operated by **IAS Brother Pty Ltd**, is a well-established retail business located in the heart of **Perth City**. We provide a wide range of convenience products, including groceries, beverages, and tobacco products, catering to a diverse customer base. We are currently seeking a **Retail Store Manager** to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue and meet business objectives.
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory control to minimize shortages and waste.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including tobacco sales and licensing laws.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cash flow management, and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
- Implement and maintain workplace health and safety protocols.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve any customer issues efficiently.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a retail management role, preferably in a **convenience store or tobacconist setting**.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in stock control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of retail sales strategies and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with tobacco product regulations and retail compliance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- A **Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management**, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
