We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Retail Store Manager** to lead our team, oversee daily store operations, and drive sustained business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a positive customer experience.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of retail staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and achieving business targets.
- Oversee stock ordering, inventory control, and stock rotation to reduce shortages and waste.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations, including those related to tobacco sales and licensing.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cash flow, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and supply terms.
- Implement and uphold workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and handle customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a convenience store or tobacconist setting.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Proficiency in stock management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proven understanding of effective retail sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Solid knowledge of tobacco retail regulations and compliance requirements.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
