New contract opportunity - Sub Domain Orchestration Lead to work in a Big 4 Bank

**Your new company**

You will be working on a large transformation project in one of the Big 4 banks, with offices located in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**

In this role you will have accountability for end to end delivery of your subdomain/capability. You will also support your squads and Release Train Engineers to ensure the project is tracking to plan and remove any impediments and help resolve issues. You will be accountable for multiple squads within your capability, ensuring squads run through the progressive elaboration process, engage with asset teams and track delivery across all impacted assets, escalate any issues to the sub-domain and domain delivery leads.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working as a Program Manager or SDOL
- Experience delivering projects within Financial Services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes
**What you'll get in return**

This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering $1300 inclusive of super. You will be working with a large organisation based in Sydney, with flexible WFH arrangements.
