- Relevant experience in supervisory position is highly advantageous.
- Your positive, can-do approach sets the tone for excellence.
- Eager for new challenges and career growth.
- Holding a current Victorian RSA is essential for your role.

**About the Role - **
- Ensure team collaboration and effective staff teamwork.
- Monitor staff grooming and attire, correcting any issues.
- Engage with guests, colleagues, and other departments for guest satisfaction.
- Strive to meet special banquet event needs and arrangements.
- Prepare banquet areas/rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment.
- Check table setups for cleanliness, neatness, and compliance with group requirements and standards; resolve any discrepancies.
- Record important details in the relevant department logbook.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff.
- Foster positive work relationships and support team goals.
- Adhere to all company safety, security policies, and procedures; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
- Complete necessary safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets.
- Greet and interact with guests per company standards; address service needs, assist disabled individuals, and express genuine gratitude.
- Communicate clearly and professionally; maintain telephone etiquette.
