**Rewarding opportunity** **Pet cremation services** **Casual Appointment** Our Driver/Area Manager team is growing and we are currently looking for a dedicated, mature and compassionate animal lover looking to fulfil our clients’ needs in pet aftercare, supporting our purpose in “Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love”. **As a Driver/Area Manager, responsibilities include**: - Carrying out pet collections from vet clinics, which involves handling deceased pets in a respectful and dignified manner (all pets are hygienically bagged and chilled) - Collecting pets from owners’ homes - Returning pet ashes to clients at home and vet clinics - Reading and completing paperwork requirements with accuracy and attention to detail - Ensuring the vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standards - Navigating daily runs with efficiency aligned to the run requirements - Requires current driver's license **We are looking for someone with**: - a passion for helping people during difficult times - compassion for animals and emotional intelligence - exceptional customer service skills - excellent personal presentation - outstanding organisation skills who thrives in working in a clean and tidy environment - an ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner - a capability to lift pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures - experience working with extreme temperatures - A COVID-19 vaccination certificate **We can offer you**: - Our strong people-first culture - InvoCare Employee Share Plan - Employee Assistance Plan and annual flu vaccination - InvoCare group access to discounted funerals - Birthday leave - Lifestyle Rewards program We conduct a very ethical, clean, neat, and hygienic operation.
