3.8 Baysie is currently seeking a hard working passionate Barista to join our team.
- **Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:_
- Making high-quality coffee at a consistently fast pace
- Cash handling and POS operation
- Customer service
- Exceptional organisation within the café
- Helping staff with other workloads, and general café duties
- Placing orders with suppliers
- **To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate**:_
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy fast paced café or restaurant as a Barista, with all round hospitality experience
- Dialing in grinders and calibration
- Passion for coffee, with creative latte art and milk texturing skills
- Able to produce consistent coffee and beverages at a fast pace, maintaining a clean and tidy workstation
- Outstanding communication skills and work well under pressure in a busy café environment
- We are looking for team players with excellent work ethic, initiative and great smiles, but most of all love what they do

**This position is Full-Time and weekend availability is a must** 3.8 Baysie operates 6 days a week, however there are no nights (daytime breakfast and lunch service only).
