Sydney- Ancillary Areas- PermanentOur client is a boutique financial services firm focused on interest rate products seeking an Assistant Treasury Dealer to join their small team of 8 in Sydney. The primary role of the Assistant Treasury Dealer is to work within a team of 8 prospecting to small government and semi-government clients, and other smaller corporate businesses to promote a money market intermediary service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build relationships, rapport and service investment needs of current client base.
- Effectively support business expansion processes through research, data input and exemplary customer service
- Cultivate relationships with new clients to a point where they become dealing clients.
- Ensure AML / CTF compliance is adhered to for all clients that the officer or their manager is responsible for servicing

**Key Requirements**
- Treasury, money market or debt markets operations experience highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in marketing term deposits or money market products to retail or institutional clients would be ideal
- Eagerness to learn
- Finance related tertiary qualifications
- Keen interest in financial markets
