WesTrac are currently looking for a **Project Support Supervisor** to join the Fleet Delivery Site Builds team to deliver and commit New Machines to various clients across the Pilbara.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will manage and provide strong leadership to the Fleet Delivery team with safety at the forefront of their mind. This position will work closely with the customer to understand their requirements and needs, investigating all customer complaints, and developing cost effective plans and marketing opportunities.

This position is FIFO 8 days on 6 days off and available on a full-time permanent basis. Varied role with 8 days on occasionally including working from Guildford office.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- A demonstrated commitment to safety
- Trade qualified with demonstrated mechanical and post trade experience.
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage your workload and being able to prioritize accordingly.
- Advanced communication skills (Written, verbal and interpersonal).
- High attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of CAT machinery: Drills, 793F, 6060, 6040, 789, 994K
- Valid Working at Heights training and at a minimum LF competency on High Risk Work License.
- Section 44 Supervisor training is desirable but not essential
