Care Park Group is currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join the rapidly growing team in Sydney, The primary role will include (but not limited to):

- Proactively maintain the performance of our parking equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Industry Standards & Company Policies
- Undertake reactive and preventative maintenance programs
- Observe & monitor equipment function proactively
- Assist with equipment installations and preparation of maintenance schedules
- Provide regular, accurate & timely equipment repairs and maintenance
- Undertake preventative, routine & fault related maintenance as required
- Maintain an inventory of tools, parts and any required equipment provided by the company
- Participate in all necessary training to comply with manufacturers specifications
- Provide training to field support officers as required
- Ensure understanding & compliance with Company procedures.
- Present yourself in a professional manner and in full uniform at all times
- Maintain allocated tools, equipment & vehicle to a very high standard
- Maintain OHS practices & methods & report any hazards or issues promptly & with accurate information.
- Provide recommendations on any potential OHS risks and exposure
- Provide regular and accurate reporting as required by the company

- A desire and willingness to develop a long-term career
- Strong computer skills and literacy
- Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
- Professional personal presentation
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Current and unrestricted NSW driver's licence
- Desire to continuously learn and refine skills and train other technicians
- Car Parking equipment experience is essential
- Regular weekend work a must and some working hours (Mon - Wed).
- Training to be completed during the week only.
