Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our clients distribution centre located in pooraka.

The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee all planning, daily task allocation, receiving, put away, picking, replenishments, quality control and sortation to ensure a high level of productivity, safety, and accuracy.

**Key Role responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations in all aspects of warehouse activities.
- Ensure all stock is correctly scanned for picking, sortation, and loading.
- Ability to plan and execute the adequate resources to complete all related warehouse tasks.
- Maintain all measures and activities in place to ensure that all picks are completed in the appropriate timeframes.
- Assist in development and implementation along with ongoing monitoring of processes and procedures to continuously improve and work toward elimination stock shrinkage and product damages.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with experience in a warehouse environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Work, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to understand data to determine performance and actions including KPI’s and financial targets
- Strong planning, organisational & problem solving skills
