**Responsibilities**

In this role you’ll be working directly with our Managing Director to
- Edit and/or proof-read marketing materials
- Collecting and posting mail for marketing campaigns
- Assisting the managing director with getting online and offline marketing campaigns implemented
- Assisting with the tracking and measuring responses or results to marketing campaigns
- Social media posting and graphic design for both online use and offline (print)
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data in our CRM software.
