- Public Sector People is currently partnering with our client, a leading organisation in the Community Development, Positive Ageing, and Inclusion sector. Our client is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and vibrant community, and they are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Community Development Support Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the betterment of the community and make a meaningful impact.
- As a Community Development Support Officer, your primary objective will be to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Community Development, Positive Ageing, and Inclusion Department. You will play a vital role in ensuring the department functions effectively and remains responsive to the needs of the community they support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a capacity to learn and retain new information to effectively support the department's operations.
- Utilise your well-developed written and verbal communication skills to respond promptly and appropriately to requests and inquiries.

**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed, database management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and respond to community inquiries.
- A passion for community development and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
