**About the Role**:
As the Health & Fitness Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Health Club program and spaces aligned with the City of Canada Bay Council's values. Your role will involve coordinating the Health & Fitness Team, developing high-quality programs, managing resources, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and lead the Health & Fitness Team to ensure a culture of teamwork and high service delivery focus.
- Develop and maintain programs for all ages and levels in line with industry best practices and safety standards.
- Implement growth strategies for Health Club memberships.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on Health & Fitness policies and operational matters.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders in the community and external organisations.
