**About the Role**

SPL is currently undergoing an exponential growth period, so it is the perfect time to join us We are currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Co-ordinator for our Brisbane Office. In this versatile, fast paced role you will help us to build and maintain great working relationships with all customers to ensure that we are always achieving customer service excellence while assisting different department with administration duties.

Tasks will include;
- Working closely with both our Sales & Despatch teams to ensure our customer expectations and demands are being met in a timely manner
- Providing internal admin support, preparing reports when required receipting goods and raising purchase orders

**Skills and Experience**

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- A can-do attitude and a natural communicator - both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Highly organized and have a strong attention to success detail and accuracy
- Salesforce experience would be highly regarded
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Call Centre: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
